I. When shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

II. When shipping outside of Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of use. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately as part of the order processing by email.

2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit) via Paypal Plus

As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have chosen the direct debit payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment order, PayPal asks its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Unfortunately PayPal is not available for all items. The terms of use prohibit us from processing products such as tobacco and cigarettes via PayPal. PayPal is therefore excluded as a means of payment if there is an affected item in the shopping cart. If this is the case, you will be shown on the order page which articles are affected. As long as there is no such item in the shopping cart, PayPal is available.

3. Credit card via PayPal Plus

If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

4. Cash on delivery

You pay upon delivery to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorized to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that we also charge a uniform cash on delivery fee of 5 euros for cash on delivery.

5. Cash payment upon collection

You pick up the goods yourself from us and pay on site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment.

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
